|Recommended: YesOnly Good Things Are Worth Improving — While we have observed a few things that require immediate attention, the bones of a good apartment are there. Neighbors are generally friendly respectful. All the Staff involved are generally polite efficient with their work. We have a good Post Man, in fact most of the local Delivery Drivers have been pretty good. Any issues we've reported, for the most part, have been fixed promptly and professionally. Overall, the Staff have done their level best and it shows.
Unfortunately, the age of the building has caught up with it in many ways, and it's really the only major issues we face. Our unit has a humidity issue, which is likely influenced by the cracked foundation line that runs the entire length of the apartment. Some of the building equipment can be hit and miss as far as it working properly or not be that gutter drains or door buzzers or laundry machines or lights in the hallways. Nothing worth moving over, but all the little things eventually add up over time.
One thing we would love to see is a major beautification initiative. We noticed this year when we looked around at other complexes, that one outstanding feature we lack in our community is small trash receptacles. They seem to help keep the trash down, especially when the small receptacle is more convenient than the dumpster. Something else that stood out to us in looking around was the flowers trees - we made mental notes of the places that had lovely scenery to walk around, and it weighed heavily for us.

She is will do anything to help you out to get into your new place and help you get anything broken in your place completed in a timely manner. This place is a great place to start out one your own, quite and safe. However the door is a little to thin and you can hear outside the doors but other than that it’s good.
